However, it is possible for you to transfer the confirmed registration (“ticket”) to another individual.  This must be done in writing, providing Singer Symposium with the complete contact information of the person who is assuming the transferred registration for the symposium.

First, identify the name of the person, the registration was originally under, and the corresponding registration number.  

Second, provide the following information about the person who is assuming the Singer Symposium seat.

Complete Name, Address, Phone, and Email

It is also possible to make a transfer of registration by sending a letter with the same above information to:

Transfers of confirmed registration (“ticket”) must be made by Tuesday, October 21, a full 72 hours before the Singer Symposium begins.  This will allow a registration conformation to be sent to the replacement registrant.
