VINCE SCUDERI

 
As Director of Music Services and Copyright for Williamson Music, the publishing arm of the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization, Vince has been honored to be involved some of the world’s greatest copyrights from the world of Stage and Screen. These include works by Richard Rodgers, Oscar Hammerstein II, Lorenz Hart, Irving Berlin, Sheldon Harnick and T.S. Eliot.  He also works on print publications and copyright matters with some of today’s best and brightest new writers for Broadway and the musical world at large, including, John Bucchino, Joe DiPietro, Ann Hampton Callaway, Ricky Ian Gordon, Adam Guettel, Jimmy Roberts, David Zippel, Lin-Manuel Miranda - creator of IN THE HEIGHTS, Georgia Stitt, Jeff Bowen - composer for [title of show] and the AVENUE Q songwriters Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx.
 
Starting out in an orchestral rental library for G. Schirmer, Inc., he worked his way up through the publishing industry into copyright and licensing work for Bourne Co. and later The Harry Fox Agency, Inc., licensing pre-existing music for all media, including television, commercials, non-theatric releases as well as film festival circuits and films for worldwide theatrical release. 
In his spare time, Vince enjoys leading his own jazz quartet, as a clarinetist/saxophonist.
